Fun and Learning in 2nd Grade! Welcome to 2nd Grade. In 2nd grade we will be focusing on becoming independent students. Throughout the second and third quarter, we will cover our social studies units. We will kick it off with small group studies of various Native American groups. That will lead us into a study of Important People in History, US Government, Economics, and Culture. Math will be full of new and exciting hands on experiences. We will learn how to add and subtract two dig.
